Prolapse?

Hello
I've recently begun having vaginal pain when I'm out walking.
I'm 40 and pretty healthy. I thought it was thrush, so last month I did a pessary and some vaginal probiotics.
However it returned today. Just mildly.
I'm not sure if it's a bit dry down there.
Or if my pelvic floor is loose.
I've recently begun lifting (light) weights doing body pump at home.
I also have lost some abdominal weight after having some success in treating my gastroparesis (I was bloated all the time where as now I have periods with s flat stomach again).

I just don't know... How to tell if it prolapse. My doctor only offer telephone appointment atm.
I've had a feel and cannot feel anything unusual up there.
Otherwise my period are regular etc

HI @Walkswithbitches,

Sorry you're going through a worrying time. We're just bumping this thread to get it back into Active Conversations. Hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along soon with some advice and support. Flowers

A prolapse tends to be bulging from one the vagina walls or the lowering of the uterus. If you can't feel or see anything i doubt its a prolapse :)
