Hi, have name changed for this as it is a bit too much info!
I shaved my bits the other week for the first time in quite a while! I had a few cuts here and there but nothing serious or noteworthy as such. I then went over it again a couple of days ago just to get anything growing. Since then I've had pain from just above my actual vagina hole, it comes and goes but stings when I pee etc. It defo is not an infection as it's from outside the hole! I've just had a look and there is a couple of red areas and what I think is a cut the goes from just before the hole upwards, when I wipe a couple of times there is a tiny bit of blood almost as if you had caught a spot.

It is in the same sort of place where I had stitches after DS so I'm not sure if it's just an extra sensitive area.

Has anyone got any ideas of what I could do to ease the pain slightly. It is very dry around that area since I shaved. Any help would be great.

Is it your lips (labia) or perinium the bit between vag hole and bum hole?

justanothername101 · 21/05/2020 15:41

labia. Sorry should've made it clear

I wondered if it was the old scar tissue from episotomy cut.
If it's labia you may have grazed it with the razor, it's thin tissue. Best solution if possible is fresh air, long nightie or dress and get a breeze through, seriously.

Were you being a perfectionist shaving there? I would stick to trimming if you must. Your skin sounds sensitive.

@TheQueef haha it was just a through dehairing session 🙈🙈🙈😂 it was a cheap razor though so that'll teach me in future!

Thank you though

I know the sting well.
Back in ye olden days I tried to be groomed and shaved my bikini line with exdp posh razor. I swear he cursed it. I looked like I had been flayed.
Never again.
An electric trimmer I use an old pet trimmer Grin before you get dreads is ok. It doesn't have to be bald!
