If you do pelvic floor exercises...

What do you do? Like, how many holds do you do, how long do you hold for, how many reps and how many times a day? Also how old are you (roughly) and do you have any symptoms of any pelvic floor disorders?

Mostly just curious I guess. I had pelvic floor physio over a year ago when I was about 9m PP and told to do 4 holds for 4 seconds each with 4 seconds break in between each one, done laying down or sitting up, 4 times a day. I had no symptoms other than pain/discomfort when wearing tampons. I did that for 8 weeks, the pain stopped, and they discharged me. Fell off the band wagon recently so got the Squeeze app and am currently doing 5 holds for 5 seconds each, with 5 seconds rest in between each, plus 5 quick holds, 4 times a day. I'm managing to do these comfortably now in various positions so might try 6 second holds soon. My quick holds are crap though, really lack any meaningful power. My Oxford grading scale was 2 when I had physio, I imagine it's still the same. I'm mid twenties with 1 DC who was instrumental delivery with episiotomy.
