Recurrent 'lumpy' thrush v worried.

Hello I'm feeling really scared about this weird thrush I have again. In November I had thrush symptoms so I used a pessary and it did not help. After that I had a bit more of an examination of myself and discovered that I had quite a few small lumps as well kind of more inside, I was v worried I have to say. Got a Dr appointment (it's a gynecologist at a hospital, as we live in İstanbul and that's how it is) she said that sometimes that happens with thrush. She prescribed me something, I can't remember what, I know that's awful. But anyway within a few days it was all sorted.

Now I have thrush again and on inspection see that I have a couple of lumps too. Now I am feeling like it's worse and aching. I used a pessary 2 days ago and it's made no difference.

I know I have a tendency to imagine the worst with these things, im worried that it is something worse than thrush, I have been in touch with the translator at my hospital who says that my gynecologist is unavailable so I can't have any information. I'm trying to find out what I was prescribed last time.

But has anyone had symptoms like this? I Google and nothing seems to come up. I think I'm going to have to try to see a gynecologist but I really don't want to have to do so, because of the virus.

Sorry I think partly I'm going a bit mad over thinking with lock down etc.
