Canestest self test help!

I have name changed for this, I need help, I did a canstern self test, looking for bacterial vaginosis or trichimoniasis, it's come back positive but I don't know which one I have, the only symptom I have is a fishy smell after sex, I don't want to go to the gp as I am shielding!

I had BV while I was pregnant and I did one of these tests and it came back negative, so didn’t know what it was until I went to the doctors where it came back that I did in fact have BV so I’m not sure those tests are that reliable!! But the fishy smell indicates BV xx

Should have said - why don’t you get an over the counter treatment for BV and if that doesn’t clear it up maybe rule that out? Are you pregnant tho? Because mine wouldn’t clear up when I was 😭 I tried everything...!!
