I've noticed over the last few months that my hairline looks different. It's like I can see individual hairs but actually I think it's that I can also see my scalp. I'm fair haired with fine hair but a lot of it and in my 50s. I'm on hrt. Six months ago I had a stressful breakup and it's hard to be sure if I noticed it happening before then. My doctor thinks(possibly because I was telling her how stressed I was about various things inc Corona) it's probably stress but hasn't actually seen my hair. I've started using a caffeine shampoo as recommended and taking an iron supplement. I've been told biotin is also good. Ironically, this is adding to my stress. My question is, any recommendations plus will my hair grow back?
