Gallstones after pregnancy

I'm feeling pain on my right side of the upper abdomen just under the ribs, the pain is also on the side and on the back. This is constant pain day 5, and when I'm taking deep breath or sneezing or coughing I'm getting worse stabbing pain. Paracetamol didn't help. Yesterday i spoke with gp and doctor said that probably i have gallstones. I read that gallstones is very strong pain which I don't have that strong. He prescribed me 4 types of medicine: antibiotics because he said it might get infected, then naproxen for pain and omprazole and ducosate for constipation. I'm breastfeeding my 6 weeks baby. He said he will arrange an ultrasound for me but it will be for couple of weeks. I'm really confused from yesterday he diagnosed without seeing me and prescribed 4 types of tablets. I'm breastfeeding I don't know what if is wrong diagnosis. Thinking to go in hospital so at least doctor can see me. Is it safe going in walk in centre or emergency department due to the covid 19? Are they accepting in same place people with symptoms or there is different deparment?

There’s different entrances and zones for people with suspected COVID but if you’ve got tablets and an initial diagnosis for your GP I’d be tempted to try those before going to A&E.
