Early Miscarriage or implantation bleeding?

Hi everyone, I'm sorry if this question isn't in the right topic area I didn't know where to put it!

Basically, I was due my period on the 2nd and on that day I was due I had some brown discharge (which I guessed was implantation bleeding), 4 days later took a test and came positive. Anyways I'm about a week and a half late for AF and since yesterday I've had cramping and bleeding. Yesterday it was just pinkish but now it's purely red/ dark red and enough to fill a sanitary pad with clots (TMI sorry) and one clot was just a little bigger than a 5p. I've never experienced anything like this before, I had a c section only 6 months ago with my first. Anyone had any similar experiences or suggest what could be happening? TYIA!

Nobody can know for sure, but I've had three pregnancies and had implantation bleeding to varying degrees each time. The last time it was red and similar to a period (I assumed it was), both other times were more brown.

Every time it's been between 10-14 days post ovulation, so basically when my period was due. So it sounds like your bleeding is a bit later than that?

I have had bleeding at various points in my pregnancies though, and all resulted in a baby. So you might still be ok, but I doubt it's implantation bleeding at this stage.

Fingers crossed for you xx

Mistermagpie , thanks! I was thinking the same it's too late for implantation bleeding, I thought I'd already had it when I was due on because I had a browny discharge and was pinky when I wiped but then after I had nothing, but today I've had horrible cramps I've had to have a hot bath and get my hot water bottle! My son passed away 2 months ago so I'm still in a deep grieving stage.. this just adds to it all x

Gosh I'm so so sorry, that's awful. I really hope you get a good outcome to this pregnancy, you must be feeling all over the place as it is.
