Should I worry about this?

Haven't had Aunt Flo since first week in Feb. Definitely not pregnant (have tested a couple of times to check). Am 37 years old not always regular but never gone this long. I am pretty healthy, normal weight. Still working as am a key worker and have probably been a little stressed (but no more than usual). Could I be perimenopausal? Don't think I should be bothering the doctor with this atm - but should I?

You can still speak to a gp hun possibly in the phone.

Thanks - just feel bad bothering them at the moment.

I think calling the GP surgery and asking for a telephone consultation about it would be fine.

Most GPs have a very reduced workload at the moment, and are dealing with the vast majority of cases by video/phone which is very time efficient so please call them for a chat. They are also terrified of being overwhelmed by a rush of calls when things loosen up, and worried that lots of people will come to them late who would really have benefited with coming to them sooner. So please, give them a ring tomorrow.

Thanks - do you think it's something to be concerned about?

I know it’s the sort of thing I’d be worrying about, but I’ve no idea whether it’s something that’s medically significant IYSWIM. Unhelpful I know!

Really the best thing is to speak to the GP, who is qualified to tell you whether or not it’s a cause for concern.

Thanks so much
