Spots around nipple (pic attached, maybe be tmi for some)

Can anyone tell me if this is normal please? I have noticed spots around my nipples the last few years and they never go away, just 1 or 2 more pop up occasionally but they are always there Confused

@GalOopNorth ok great, glad someone else has them and they seem normal.

@Solasum I have no idea I will have a look on google and see what they are lol.

P.s never mind the dirty nails I am just in from doing some planting in garden and about to take a shower
