I'm due on my period in a couple of days and have been having bad PMS
yesterday I strained really hard for a bowl movement (sorry tmi), and the after I noticed a bit of bleeding from my vagina (definitely came from here I checked )
I had a smear test done a couple of months ago which was clear and I had a baby 9 months ago

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar ?

I have health anxiety so always think the worst

You don't have anything to worry about, just wait for you period, why was you straining so hard tho. That's not good

Yes I suffer from this. Also happens sometimes after sex.

Cervical erosion/ectropian. Ongoing for years, had it quaterised a couple of times.

You should get checked out just to be safe.

Happens to me. I suffer with constipation and dodgy bowels. Sometimes straining can bring on a little early bleeding if I'm very closed to my period, within two days or so. Better be safe than sorry, and get checked out, but I thought this was pretty normal.
