So I am on day 23 of my cycle. Period ranges from 27-31 days, mostly 28-30 days. Expecting my period in about 6 days give it take a few days. Yesterday morning on day 22 of my cycle I went to the loo to find a brownish discharge on pants and more when wiping. Nothing for the rest of the day. Gone all day today and nothing. Just been to the loo now and found a small amount on my pantry liner. Only DTD once this cycle with DH on day 9 using condom which seemed like there were no issues with it. I have no pain. I started doing a lot more exercise about a week ago, could that be it? Any ideas or anyone had anything similar?

Brown suggests "old blood".

I would guess you're getting this now because of the increase in exercise

Ok. Have you had this before? I used to be very very active but never had anything like this. Just stated you again on exercise though. I had an implantation bleeding on day 26 with my first child which was like this. Didn’t have it with my second. Day 9 would have been a fertile day this cycle but we used contraception. So surely it won’t be that?

Had it every month for quite some time and it was due to a lack of progesterone
Doctor gave me a suppository

Oh ok. Why does that happen? Was it something that just suddenly started with you? Was it just a few days of light bleeding each month?
