Burnt plastic fumes while pregnant

Hello. Yesterday I stupidly left an electric kettle on the hob which melted and tripped the electric, filling the flat with a horrible burning smell and some smoke in the kitchen. I have aired it out but would the exposure to the plastic fumes have harmed me or the baby?

Hello, I don’t know if you will see this but I have had a similar situation today and I’m very worried. Was your baby okay?
