Irritated lump on cervix

I feel extremly embarassed speaking about this, but I've had this for two years and nothing has been done about it.
I have a small lump on the entrance of my cervix with little spots around it and it's extremely irritable, I've been told it's nothing to worry about but nothings being done to ease it.
This became known after having two uti's a few years back. I was just wondering/hoping if anyone has experienced the same and know anything that can help. Thank you

Hi. Is it a polyp? I've found a lump on my cervix and told that's what it is. Seeing a gynaecologist in 2 weeks time

Unfortunately it's not. I've seen the gynecologist two times and they said it's cystitus? Something like that. And that it'll only heal over time which it hasn't done.

Oh I see. Do you get burning feeling when you have a wee? Only had cystitis a couple of times and it was horrendous!

Sometimes it does burn. But that could be for a multitude of reasons
