I'm very confused at the moment as I suspect I may have miscarried. I wasn't even aware that I was potentially pregnant.
On Wednesday night I woke up with a sharp pain. It was so bad that I couldn't go back to sleep and had to take extra strength paracetamol. I slept for only about 3 hours that night. The next morning (Thursday) I noticed some spotting and assumed that I was starting my period. However I also noticed some clear fluid and slightly yellowish discharge throughout the day. I had little to no cramps during the day so thought nothing of it.
This morning I felt some pressure down below. I woke up and noticed I was dripping with blood. I rushed to the toilet and pushed out large thick clots of blood. This is definitely not something that happens with my usual periods.
Has anyone experienced similar and been told they have miscarried?
