Stitch like pain in left side

All afternoon I've had a stitch like pain in my sides (mostly left) especially when breathing in. I've tried a number of things to try get it to go but it won't. Anyone had this or can suggest anything that can help it to go away?

This morning when turning over in bed I had stabbing pains all across my stomach/pelvis for a good few minutes never had that before either is this something to be worried about or just odd body moments?

I get it on my right hand side and had it the last couple of days and in the past. I assume it's ovulation pain although when I had an ultrasound last year for my fibroids I also had a cyst on my right ovary at the time - it had gone away on a follow-up scan but I do wonder if they come and go and that causes it.

Wind/constipation?

Drink lots of water, lots of fibre, go for a long walk (and have a big poo!) Then see how you feel the next day.
