I’m getting rather stressed as haven’t had a period since DS was born 7 months ago. Been to GP 6 weeks ago she said give it time I’m not be.
Any ideas on how I can bring it on naturally?
I have been getting a few twinges and very hormonal so something is going on.

you can't. If this were possible there would be no need for abortions (MN oversensitivity disclaimer - that's not what I'm saying you are trying to do).

although wearing a new pair of tight white trousers is worth a go.

Are you exclusively breastfeeding your DS?

Guessing you have done a pregnancy test just in case.

Rockinghorse2019 · 09/04/2020 17:25

No not breastfeeding or pregnant. Any ideas? I’m doing pressure points

Excersise? It's advised for those overweight with PCOS to get back to a regular ovulation cycle as it speeds up the metabolism.

For me exercise was what worked!

Vitamin c can do it (without rosehip)

I had the same problem op, turns out I was because I’m fat 😩. I lost three stone and my periods were like clockwork again!
