I have had a large hard lump on my labia majora for the last 2-3 years. It doesn’t hurt or itch, it doesn’t feel fluid filled. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair and then I sort of forgot about it. I have recently become sexually active again after some mental health issues and have realised it’s really quite large and unsightly. It doesn’t look in the right place to be a bartholens cyst. Any ideas as all? It’s hard to touch, in the fleshy middle of my outer labia and about the size of a pea.
