How do you track your cycle?

Just that really. I'm really bad at knowing dates - like when my period is due - and doctors seem to expect me to know the exact dates of previous periods. I never do - and I always end up very roughly guessing... with an accuracy to within 4 weeks.

I presume every other female must track their cycle in some way? If you're one of these people, how do you do it? Do you mark it in your family calendar in sparkly golden ink? Or do you use an app?

I use an app called Clue I love it, it's very easy I have a 31 day cycle and it's very helpful.

I use an app called Flo. Seems brilliant. Have used it for about 3 years now. DD was conceived coz it told me I was ovulating 😂

There's a feature in the Garmin app which I use to track my exercise, weight etc too - quite handy having it all in one place!

I just use the health ap on my iPhone. It has a period tracker. Before that I used to put a symbol in my diary. Embarrassingly it was my teen daughter who showed me the ap.

I don't get periods now as I have Mirena but before that I didn't bother to track it at all.

I dont think every other female does. I never have.

PenelopeFlintstone · 05/04/2020 07:29

I’d like to, though.

For years I just used to just track it on a little diary, where I'd also write work shifts etc.
I now use 'OVIA' app. They have a TTC/Period tracker one, a baby app and a childrens app. I've also heard of GLO, but never use that one.

Natural cycles, I've used it for 3 years and love it, the temperature drop signals my period is due but it's always been accurate in its algorithms for predicting.
