Please tell me your experiences of prolapse?

I’m fairly confident I have a prolapse. I have been getting some discomfort when I run and everything seems to get a bit sore when it’s my TOTM. Sorry for TMI but it’s a pressure like needing a poo.

It’s since the birth of my baby. I had a poke around and realised I can feel it. My DH said it’s been like that since I gave birth.

I’m going to go to the GP when corona is over and also visit a woman’s physio.

I’m a bit worried I won’t be able to have another child? Obviously at the minute I can’t discuss my concerns with a Dr so would be keen to hear any experiences.

I was never officially diagnosed but I think I had some type of bladder prolapse after my second baby, I couldn’t feel anything but I terrible issues with urine leakage and it felt heavy inside if you know what I mean. GP told me just to do pelvic floor exercises and I used a kegal8 but it didn’t work at all, I had the emsella chair treatment in the end and that really helped. I think it just tightened everything up down there
