Morning all,
As the titles states first time user of the organicup, started my period yesterday was expecting mess, it moving but I'm really happy with it.
Can I use my cup day and night throughout my period, some online page say don't use for more than 12 hours? I am emptying every 10-12 hours, and then reinserting.
When cup is in I feel quite comfortable having normal cramps etc but when I removed the cup this morning inside felt a little bruised? Reinserting was fine no problems there.
Any advice from experienced cup uses would be great!
