Multivitamin and minerals

Can we take multivitamin and minerals, which are available in Lidl while breastfeeding? Is that safe ?

Usually fine, what's in them? Compare with the boots version, by looking online.

In fact there's a few things you need more of while bf eg vitamin d, especially at this time of year.

I'm actually not sure about the starflower; eve prim is fine. It's not a huge issue but I think I read somewhere to take Eve prim instead. What else is in them? (See side)

Hmm check whether they've got vitamin A in them - if so, don't take them
