Hey so I'm not due on my period until the 25th, I've had spotting for 5 days, my abdomen is achy and heavy, I never have spotting before, could I possibly e pregnant?

Has anyone had random spotting, I've never had it but for the past 2 weeks I've had spotting, pink blood mainly, any advice?

Have you tried doing a test?

Yes I took one yesterday and it's negative, my period was due on the 25th.

There also signs of a period but If it doesn't come I'd do a test every week, if you are it'll give the hcg levels a chance to rise for a positive. I'm in the same boat and waiting till next period is due now to test

Stress can delay a period but spotting is also a sign of incoming period as well as pregnancy.
Paracetamol is safe to take but they tell you to avoid ibrofen if you are/or possible pregnant & if it gets worse you should call your doctors.
Keep an eye on it and if the ache gets unbearable definitely contact a gp

I’m in the same boat, my last period was end of jan/feb and i’m 27days late since the start of this missed period. This has never happened to me before and i have taken 2 tests already and both negative. Thyroid normal...i’m guessing it’s stress thats causing mine to stop

Yeah I was thinking g the same thing, I've been quite stressed recently, I've spoke to my gp, they've booked me for an ultrasound in 4 weeks, basically have to wait it out 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s not easy when this virus has ground the world to a complete stop and we can’t even go to see our doctors and nurses. I’m due another smear test and hope that i can actually get an appt once she is back from her time off. My doctor said he would give me another call back in two weeks to see how i am and if my period has arrived yet and then take it from there

I know it's a night mare, sat in my house stressing hoping it's not something serious, hopefully it's good news for both of us, keep me updated if your period comes on, it's so strange isn't it.

Any update ladies? I am currently 9 days late for this month. I took the morning after pill in Feb and had a light/ medium period 11 days early that month but nothing since. I have also tested 3 times at various points which have all been negative. I’m guessing it’s just the change in hormones delaying things!

Still no show of mine and now rolled over into possible second missed period if this one doesn’t shoe within next few days. Done another test yesterday and again negative so at least i’m 1000% certain of that.

It will be.... your body may be a bit freaked out as i have had the morning after pill a few times in the past but it will sort its self out eventually

Still no sign of mine🤷🏻‍♀️ no symptoms of it coming on either, I'm just going to have to wait and see if I come on this month.

We’re very much in the same boat hun, i’m giving until the end of this week for this one to show and if not then i’m phoning my doctor back Because this will be my second missed one. Anyone else been through a situation where they have had multiple missed period in their 30’s? @dleonie

Update- i finally got my period!!! 2 months late but it arrived on 10th april and lasted a whole 7 days- god, were the back pains and leg pains sore leading upto it though, i could barely walk but i’m glad it arrived. Hope you are all well! Xx
