Severe period pain, natural remedies

Came off the pill a few years ago as DH had a vasectomy ✂️ every single month my period cramps are more and more painful. I am currently sat with a wheat bag on my stomach and feeing extremely nauseous, I can barely walk.

Has anyone got any natural remedies that help, I want to try to stay away from medicines/tablets, as I'm not keen on taking them.

Okay. Ibuprofen - I read somewhere that taking this can lessen severity. Yes, here on nhs website. scroll down to NSAIDS bit.

So what I am saying is yes you want to avoid meds, I understand that not really but do consider humble ibuprofen.

I didn't find anything but conventional medications and heat pad helped, however I have heard that sage tea helps some women. You can make your own by infusing sage in hot water.

I would suggest getting it checked out by the doctor as it could be a sign of endometriosis.
