What is this severe pain?

I've had a cold for 3/4 days, sore throat, bit of diaahera etc.

About 2 hours ago I put my son to bed and came downstairs and suddenly had this really awful intense stomach ache. It felt like trapped wind, constipation, period cramps all in one. I have literally been double over in pain barely able to walk since then. It hurts to sit straight on my bottom like there's pressure there. To be honest it feels exactly like labour and it's that painful! I'm freezing cold and shivvery too.

I've finally managed to do a wee (which wasn't painful itself) and I feel slight relief. Like it's still painful but it's bareable. It hurts to cough etc and I still feel shivvery.

What the hell could this be?! Does it warrant 111?

It does warrant 111! Ring them and see

Yes op, I'm not a HCP, but that definitely sounds worth a phone call. It could be a virus that will pass, it could be a urine infection, or something more serious. Especially if the pain is still there. Hope you can get it sorted and that you feel better soon.
