I was referred for a trans vaginal scan on 9th December. I was seen on 11th Feb and from then things moved quickly. I was out on a 2 week pathway as I had an ovarian cyst that was solid with some blood flow. I was seen within 2 weeks and at my appointment on 25th Feb I was referred for an urgent MRI. I was seen today (5th March). My next appointment isn't until 17th March. I can't bear the waiting. Does anyone know how long it takes for the radiographer to report on the scan and how long it will take for the consultant to get my results (it's McNair Centre at Guys if that helps).
If it's cancer will they call me in sooner?
