Suspicious cyst

My mother had keyhole surgery this week on her ovaries and afterwards the registrar said it looked suspicious.
Does this mean she may have cancer ?

Hello, sorry to hear this. It must be very worrying for you and your mum. Did they remove the cyst? Hope all will be OK. Cysts can be a variety of things so please try not to worry too much!
I had a cyst in my lung a few years back. Was also told it looked suspicious. Turned out to be harmless. Hugs to you and your mum

Yes they have removed her ovaries.
