Finished norethisterone.. no period?

I took norethisterone to delay my period for my birthday weekend as I'm not on any contraception. I started taking it 3 days before I was due (3 times a day as per instructions) on Wednesday 26th, until Sunday 2nd. It says your period will return within 2/3 days however we're now on day 4 with no cramps, no signs of period, no spotting, nothing!

I've took a HPT and it was negative so we can rule that out for the time being. Has anyone else had this same issue, when did your period arrive after taking it?

I’ve taken other brand of period delay tablets and my period has taken a week plus to arrive.

If you’re concerned though you should see your HCP.

I have taken the same tablets and got my period about 3 days after stopping. Have you any symptoms that it is on it's way? I took 3 tablets for 10 days x

Thanks both. Stopped taking them a week today and still no period, had a bit of brown spotting last night and cramps today so hopefully it's on its way soon! If I knew it was going to mess up my cycle this much I'd have never have taken them
