Would anyone like to share their true feelings about being a nurse, midwife, assistant or any type of hospital worker? I work in a maternity ward and it’s getting bad. The lack of funding, staffing and managers support is leaving me and the other staff in tears each week. Is it just my hospital or is this a well known issue all around?
