Brown discharge 4 yrs after tvh

Hi
Had a tvh 4 yrs ago.all was well with recovery other than being very anemic so ended up being off fir 12 wks rather than 4-6.
A few months ago,maybe a yr, I noticed brown discharge when I went to the loo.only happened once then nothing til couple of months later when same thing happened.again just the once then nothing.
It's now happened about 5/6 times over last few months.
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I see the gp about it?
I had a history of uterine polyps before I had my hysterectomy&had to have them removed 3 times by hysteroscopy.
Can they come back into the vault I now have or in my vagina?
Can anyone help?

I would go to the GP and ask to be referred onto a gynae.

forgot to say that I'm on estrogen only hrt patches 75mcg.started on it couple of months or so after my hysterectomy.was on 25 to start with then went up as symptoms came bk.meno affected my moods very badly!
Don't know if this has any bearing on the discharge or not.
