I have suddenly developed lumps in both labia minora. One side worse than the other and is now swollen, sore and rock hard to the touch. Is this Bartholin’s or something else? I don’t think it’s a spot (no head) and I’ve had pus-filled things from in-grown hairs before and it doesn’t feel like that either.
I would have to plead for a same-day GP appt so don’t want to do that if it’s likely to go away on its own.
