Period pains but no period on mini pill

I've been in the mini pill since having my baby 6 months ago , I've had a few problems with it ie. Random bleeding etc., my period would usually be around this time of the month ,but I had a light bleed 2 ish weeks ago which I put down to the pill d0ong weird things as usual

Then this weekend I've had symptoms that I usually get before coming on my period, back ache, cramps, headache, but I have not actually come on my period, I've had some light bleeding (would this count?) Bit concerned about it to be honest list wondering if anyone had experienced something similar?

I had exactly the same - period pains, headache almost like I'm coming down with something, irregular bleeding on the mini pill

I've pretty much asked the same questions I get all periods symptoms but no bleeding I'm on progesterone only pill xx

I get bad period pains on mini pill! No bleeding other than within the break though. Thinking of coming off it actually as the pain can sometimes start as early as day 15 :/
