Horse riding and pelvic floor

I gave birth 3 months ago vaginally and since then have had occasional mild urinary incontinence. I'm doing my pelvic floor exercises religiously! Have any of you in a similar position been riding? I'm dying to get back on a horse but concerned that my pelvic floor may not cope! Im am regularly exercising I other ways such as running without any problems.

I dont have my own horse so would be going for a hack with others, usually we're out for a couple if hours with a mix of walk, trot, canter. TIA

I would say if you can run without issues then riding would be fine, especially if you do rising trot rather than bouncing in the seat.
