I underwent a lletz procedure Thursday (first one after 3 abnormal smears for the last 3 years) and I feel rubbish!
I anticipated the cramps but my god the exhaustion, today was my first day up and about and I was back by noon for a sleep. Im so nauseated and cannot get warm, I can't even have a nice hot bath to help.
Also clinging onto the embarrassment of my legs deciding to shake uncontrollably throughout the entire thing, looked like I was undergoing an exorcism!
Please share with me your experiences, how long til you felt normal again?

Hello, did you get an aftercare leaflet? when i had mine i got a number to call should i fell unwell after. Maybe you're just anxious but if you're have any doubts please don't hesitate to call your local hospital (someone at the switchboard will direct your call)- they'll talk through the symptoms and no one will make you silly for asking questions. My legs shook too- it's just being scared that's all. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
