Are these veins a cause for concern?

I have noticed this collection of veins on my thigh, they have been there for a while but I'm starting to get small sharp pains in the area that they are in.
I'm 27.
Just wondering if anyone has anything similar and are they anything to see my dr about?
Also hard to see but I have a thicker vein popping out of my thigh also (to the left), have been to the dr about that a few years ago and he said it was of no concern.
