Breast lump irregular shape

I've posted previously regarding 2 week referral to the breast clinic. I found a lump, painless and irregular size and I'm freaking out that it could be cancer. Looked online and everything benign points out round smooth lump. Mines feels like a long shape, like 2 lumps joined together. Really scared.

What are your other risk factors like?

I have a long large lump. Like a Brazil nut,similar size too. Turned out to be benign.

I have a fibroadenoma. It's not round or smooth. And it's totally benign. There are lots of things it could be OP. I hope you find reassurance soon.

I've got initial appointment on Monday. Left breast feels more lumpy and saggier than right breast. No one in the family has had breast cancer before. But I drank a lot of coke (caffeine) and used to have a glass or 2 wine most nights! Last summer I noticed thickening and kept meaning to go gp but kept having other things kids to do and kept forgetting. Now have lump in that area. It's longish but feels more like 2 lumps joined than one. My lower back/abdominal area is really aching and I'm having fears of the worst

I found a lump 3 weeks ago and went to the breast clinic a week later. They were so lovely. I had a biopsy and go back for results next week.

I do believe it's cancer because of what the breast care nurse said to me but like they say...you don't have cancer until someone tells you you do.
