Depo shot

Hi all,
Missed my depo shot by 8 days, does anyone know if I would be protected still or not?

Risky to take the chance but the depo can take a year to come out of your system, I got pregnant about a month after coming off it though!

I thought you were only covered up to 7 days after the injection was due.

Well when I went in for it they said I would be fine cause I was on time for it don't think they calculated it right though cause when I did it was late by 8 days.
