Has anyone lost the knack of using their menstrual cup?

I’ve put mine in 3 times today and it’s not opening up against the front wall of the vagina.

I’m sore and pissed off.

I had the same problem yesterday, used a little lube and it helped. Not sure if you're meant to though 😬
