Pleeeeease someone help me :(
I was on antibiotics about two weeks ago for bacterial vaginosis and it all cleared up, perfect.
Then about a week ago I started feeling weird coating on my tongue so went to the doctor Wednesday and said I thought it was oral thrush which is apparently common after the antibiotics I was using. He said didn't look like oral thrush, took a swab and prescribed me corsodyl mouthwash, I used that Thursday-Sunday and it burnt my mouth so went to the chemist and they prescribed dartakin anti fungal gel yesterday so I've used it for about 36 hours but I'm seeing no improvement and the doctor still haven't got my results from my swab so what on earth is this thing?
I've got a yellow/white coating which looks like it's got cracks in it and feels like I've got a massive hair ball stuck on my tongue mainly at the back. The front near the tip of my tongue appears normal. It doesn't scrape away with anything. Is it thrush?? I don't really have a bad taste or anything??
I need to know what is going on
