Nausea since pregnancy

Hi all!

Just wondering if this is normal tbh! My baby is now 7 months old and is breastfed still but does have a meal a day now :-) I'm on the pill so haven't ever had a period since baby was born.

However I am frequently feeling nauseous (feel light headed and a bit sick sometimes other times dizzy and disoriented). It's worse if I do something like carry the washing upstairs. I genuinely can't remember the last time I've carried the washing up without retching by the time I get to the top of the stairs 😳. Weirdly it's worse on an evening.

I'm not the fittest person but I've lost weight since having my baby and I'm a size 12 so hardly morbidly obese! The only thing I can think is that my blood pressure is now around 100/68 which is great but before pregnancy I was probably more 118/120. I wonder if when I'm doing something exerting my BP is tipping? I did mention all this to the nurse at my last pill check up and she fobbed me off a bit saying all normal since baby etc and pill (but I was on the same pill before with no reaction).

Sometimes I feel like I'm still having my pregnancy symptoms !!

Anyway probably over thinking but would love to know if anyone's had similar!
