Hey, sorry to hear about your diagnosis.

I have endo stage four and after endless research, unfortunately there is no cure, and surgery may be needed every couple/few years.

To manage pain in the meantime, an anti-inflammatory diet is recommended, I personally have been vegan for a year to try and manage symptoms. Dairy, alcohol and caffeine can be some of the worse culprits.
Exercise when you can but also listen to your body and rest when needed. The fatigue is a bit*h so don't ignore your body telling you to rest it up.
Then the usual pain medications such as cocodamol, or if you'd rather more natural just warm baths, heat pads and comfy clothes to allow for the dreaded bloating.

If you're on Instagram, follow hashtags about endometriosis, so much info and support.

You should also ideally receive a follow up appointment around a week or so post op to discuss the findings of the lap op properly. Being told about endometriosis as you were whilst you were in recovery is very poor practice on the part of the hospital staff so I would consider contacting PALS.

Have a read too of Endometriosis uk's website; its not woo but factual and is full of useful information.

Have you tried any natural support for inflammation such as turmeric?
