Tingly Ovary Left Side?

Hi all

For about a week now, I have had a tingly / numb / slightly "heavy" feeling by my pubic bone on the left side, presumably where my left ovary is? I have only had this feeling once before, which was a couple of months ago now when I got pregnant. At the time I assumed they were implantation pains. Sadly that pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks (HCG was down to 0 and hsve had 1 normal period since). Although I have been TTC this month, I don't think I am pregnant as currently 12 dpo and BFN on Clearblue with fmu this morning. So what could this pain be?? I'm worried now it could be something horrible left over from the miscarriage, or something else horrible unrelated to miscarriage 🙁 Has anyone else experienced this? Good or bad stories appreciated, as would rather be prepared either way.

could be an ovarian cyst which often come and go with your cycle? Although I had one picked up on an ultrasound for something else which was over 5cm and didn't have any symptons (it had gone on a follow up).
or given the miscarriage I would be tempted to get checked out in case it was ectopic and there's something "stuck"?
