Vaginal discharge issues

I know this is something I probably need to speak to a doctor about but I'm mostly unbothered by it and it makes me panicky.

I have a discharge that could be seen as similar to what I assume happens when you have thrush. It's almost like little white bits of toilet roll, it's not always, often certain times of the month, and there is occasional itchiness, but not enough to disrupt my day and I can just not scratch easily.

It does not smell at all, it's quite thick and creamy. Sometimes leaves little marks in my knickers.

I have had it since I was 16 around the time I went on the pill, I am now 25. I have been tested for STDs in the past and all negative.

I wonder if it's almost like an overproduction of yeast as it is sometimes more irritable after wearing tight leggings in the gym. I also wonder if the itchiness is related to my hair growing back after shaving?

Anyone have any idea or had something similar?

I've just had my first smear this morning so this has provoked me to write on here!

Did they mention anything at your smear?

If you are concerned, book in for swabs etc as they can check for more than you would get at the GUM clinic

Have you tried thrush cream? I get itchy & uncomfortable down there when the hair is growing back! It can be sore too.
