All I do is itch!!!

I’m not expecting a lot of replies to this but hoping there is someone who knows what might be going on?
Basically when I have a shift of hormones (usually around ovulation) my whole body ITCHES like crazy! I’m talking ears head chest arms and very annoyingly....down there!
I have eczema and mild psoriasis on my head, and I am generally an ‘itchy’ person, but my god it just goes to a whole other level during or just after ovulation. It goes on for a 4-5 days then tends to calm down. When on my period and the two weeks following i barely itch at all apart from if I have a slight eczema flare up on my head. I honestly feel like a dog with fleas it’s so bad! Does anyone know what’s going on or if they’ve had similar?

Never had it before as I was never sexually active up until 2 years ago. And then it started. I put it down to having a sexual life which perhaps changed my hormones. But yes, itching was quite strong.
Body oil? Would you consider that?

Have you had your iron levels checked. I honestly thought I had head lice as my head was itching so much, it wasn't until the 4th doctor that I saw said it can be a sign of iron deficiency that mine was checked and after taking supplements the itching subsided. Also perimenopausal and menopause symptoms include itching.
