After complications following a MMC where I had severe cramping but no periods which subsequently led to a diagnosis of ashermans syndrome in July I think I’m just being over cautious but hoping some of you wonderful people can ease my concerns...
I began spotting on Sunday (date af was due), it was the tiniest bit but then went onto a mediumish flow on Monday. It then went back to spotting on Tuesday and was spotting brown blood yesterday. Usually my periods are really heavy for the first two days requiring me to regularly change my pad/tampon and then eases for the final 3 days with me changing it twice on the final two days and then one pad being enough for the final day. This in itself worried me slightly but I am still cramping. The cramping is nothing like usual, just random aching now and again rather than usual constant cramping like I’m used to.
Please tell me you’ve experienced this before, periods can change monthly right?
I was operated on in August and my follow up appointment showed all the scarring gone and I have since had normal periods so I’m hoping it’s not a sign complications have come back 😔
