PP stitches trip to the Dr?

I’m 7 months PP with a natural birth certificate with episiotomy. We waited 6 weeks to have some bed action and all went well. And been pretty active since.

Chap had a look about “downstairs” this morning and noticed a rip, a healed rip. I’ve since had a look myself and I can confirm it’s a mess down there.
I’ve had a cry, a bit of a breakdown over the state of my body and another cry. Is it worth a trip to the doctors or is this me now?

Is it uncomfortable or sore? If it is go to your gp, if it really bothers you go and see them.
Possibly though it's the scar from the episiotomy, I'm not sure it ever goes back totally right, mine didn't and so many ladies have a horrific time with really severe tears I was just grateful to have got off lightly.

Gentle hugs
