Depo shot

Hi there was wondering if anyone on this has ever been on the depo shot and when they've came off it how they've reacted and when they got their period.

I've not had a period in a year and been off depo for about 5/6 months but I keep getting heavy like and shooting pains in both breast feeling sick and sore cramps now and then.

I'm dying for a period to get this Bloatness down and the pain away with everything else

It took me 6 month to have first period after being on it for 6 years. Sounds like your not to far away I suffered with the sore heavy boobs as well, that did settle down after a few cycles though
