Periods, should I see a doctor?

I have an 11 month old. So NBC e giving birth I haven’t been on birth control and my periods returned when he was about 4 months old. For a few months they were perfectly regular, every 28 days. But then one month my period was about 4 days late and there was only one day of bleeding with spotting either side. And then the next month my period stopped totally for a day and then restarted and the past two months my cycle has only been 22 days, lots of spotting between periods, and very dark brown discharge at the start of my period and only bleeding properly for a day. This month I’ve barely bled at all just watery pink discharge or really dark brown clots.

I know all these things are normal but should I be worried enough to go to the doctor because they’re not normal period symptoms for me :(
