Cervical ectropian treatment

I had silver nitrate cauterisation for a small cervical ectropian yesterday. I've had mild-ish stomach cramps ever since. Strange thing is I had same treatment 2 years ago & no after effects that I recall. There was zero mention of aftercare so is this pain normal? Should I avoid DTD? Planning to start trying smep tomorrow so would be useful to know if I need to avoid sex 😂

Christ. I was told not to have sex for 6 weeks after mine

No DTD for a week! That's what I was told.

I also had some pain after, and more bizarrely, shooting pains in my thighs when I'm coming on ever since.

You should have got an aftercare treatment booklet, this states no sex for 6 weeks!

I had this and was told nothing about not having sex!

Oh dear. I didn't get told a thing - too late now 😂
