I've been on the depo almost a year now. I bleed on and off from December till July and then my period stopped from August to November. Since changing GPS the nurse I go to now gives me the shot way higher up than the nurse previously did and since then I've bled again but also I'm having really painful period pains practically every day and lower back ache. I've had bloods done and all has come back fine. The pain did stop until two weeks after I had my last shot and now I've had it on and off for three weeks. Any one else experienced similar? I thought it was brilliant when my periods stopped but now this pain isn't worth it. Any experiences with the coil?
